Jammy Rascals supplies interim management and consultancy services.

We are a marketing company born out of speciality; which originally concentrated on the children and family markets.

We started as a communications and advertising agency and morphed through licensing consultants and ended as a UK toy & gift distributor. We now offer these expertise and more to our clients.

Our director, Nic Jones, spent over 20 years studying the behaviour of families for clients mostly in the toy and character licensing markets.

Strangely enough we came to a late “eureka moment” that the toy world actually isn’t very creative (!) and so we moved into other worlds – such as consumer goods, FMCG and gifts.

We celebrate innovation and ideas; we want to inspire people and brands to be the best they can be!

Ironically, the basis of this story is the truth that children are perhaps the most creative of all of us, being as they are, unconstrained by the cynicism which comes to all of us eventually. If you loosen your shackles by going back to a kids world and seeing what they see, then you just might find innovation where once you thought there was none

Here at Jammy Rascals we now simply want to celebrate creativity in as many forms as it can be demonstrated. That can be childlike in its simplicity or extremely grown-up; we don’t really care. Just enjoy its brilliance and “let it shine”.
